Day 2 - Feb 1 Basic Economic Concept

1. A society would produce goods that they are able to produce, depending on its resources. In addition, what would be produced would depend on the needs of the members of said society.

2. Due to scarcity and shortages, choices must be made about manufacturing goods. Any method of manufacturing goods that have a low opportunity cost and trade-off are appropriate. Also political restrictions would affect the methods of production.

3. The consumption of the goods and services varies depending on the goods itself. However, if one is unrestricted to purchase the goods, one is not only permitted to consume the goods and use the services but encouraged and welcomed to. In general, the target consumer who has a depend for the goods will be the ones consuming the goods and services.
